Poor Service – Only Care About Money My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The staff seemed more interested in making money than providing good service. Every interaction felt transactional, with little regard for hospitality or guest comfort. I was met with rude attitudes when asking for basic assistance, and it felt like any request was seen as a burden unless it involved extra charges. A hotel should prioritize guest experience, not just profits. I would not recommend staying here unless management changes their approach. I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the unprofessional and rude behavior of some staff members. From check-in to inquiries during my stay, I encountered dismissive and unfriendly attitudes that made me feel unwelcome. While the hotel itself was clean and well-located, the lack of basic courtesy and customer service left a lot to be desired. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training.

Location is walking 1 min from the new Digha beach. Food is awesome quality but may be not digested properly. All the facilities are in one call like food, cleaning staff and other services. There is neat and clean swimming pool inside hotel. Rooms are average in quality but costly.

dear team, very very bad experience I booked classic double bed and facilities given in room mini fridge, electric cattle but nothing in room I say owner he and she said we can't provide because now room rate is high gain.very very bad.

I got the details of Ananya hotel ....I got 20% discount on booking of 2 rooms.. services more or less good.... location is very good..... but one most embarrassing part of my staying period was "frequently checking of bags for searching outside food as it is mentioned in their rules& regulation that"no outside food is allowed"...but for that bag checking can't toleratable.....

the property is excessively charged high as it is just a simple hotel. rooms are very small, no chairs and dinner table. bathroom shower and geysor not working. partial ocean view. towels and bedsheets are dirty. staffs are very greedy for tips. 6 different staffs came for checkout notice. only plus point is near sea beach. 1 min walking to sea. overall bad experience.

very rude behaviour from the hotel staffs, too many unnecessary rules and regulations, very poor management systems, rooms does not have enough space even to walk properly, very poor services from the hotel staffs , does not keep their word as they directed over call, minor to major problem related to rooms are not paid any heed and takes a whole day to get solved after multiple complains and remindeers from the customers.
